The project is a private 1 room- studio apartment all S = 32 m2, ceiling height 2 .70m. This project was titled as the appartment of the week, in the ST.-Petersburgs magazine "The Village".  The main objective was to increase the kitchen size, by the redevolpment and combining restroom and bathroom. Arranged space for dressing rooms. The bathroom was replaced by shower place. The apartment is done in beige tones. The ceiling is decorated with ceiling rosettes and fillets, which are in harmony with the plinth. Floor is divided into 2 areas, beige (under the laminate board) and gray (wood tiles) emphasized by white high floor plinth.

Studio apartment on the avenue Kosygin, S = 30 m ceiling height 4. 20m. The main objective of the project was a visual extension of the space due to redevelopment. Ceiling height allowed to build the second floor 2 floor. The kitchen is connected with to the total space of the apartment due to the connection of the sill and kitchen countertops

Room space is about 5 square metres. The wall was moved forward and niche orginised behind the toilet. It was coved by highlited mirror tile inside.

All the walls are covered by tile texture and pattern of which similar to wallpaper. The floor covered by ceramic tile textured similar to parquet. The washing mashine stands on the platform, underneath all controlling elements of plumbing system. Water does not connect the wahing mashine.

Kitchen size was increased by redevelopment of the wall. So the place where the fridge stands, previously it was a bathroom place.

Importanat element is table, due to the special sliding attachment with the wall and roller table leg, it is possible to increase the working zone.

The new wall (beige color) was constructed infront of the main wall (Black wallpapers). And beutiful white arch was orginised to bring more light and space in atmosphere of the room.

The second floor was orginised by special frame. This frame attached to the walls and supported by the attachment with ladder. The fourth angle of the frame attached with the ceiling. This decision brought to the light the excellent view from main entance to the appartment. Moreover it looks extraordinary from all places in appartment

The ladder to the second floor was constructed and it hides the little utility room from another side.

The space between main wall and new one hides two wardrobes from both sides of the sofa.

Windowsill is the extension and connected to the kitchen working surface. Moreover it hides shelves for kitchen stuff and some utility needs. It is coveder by the сurtains made of canvas. The floor surface is connection of tile and laminate.

Bathroom and restroom are composed in one room. The new wall was orginised infront of the main and inside it all the plumbing system hided. Four lighted shelves - boxes were orginised for kipping things and providing more space inside this room

The project is a small   1 room- studio apartment all S = 32 m2, ceiling height 3m, located in the historical part of Oklahoma City.  The primary use of the apartment is a place to stay for tourist who are using "Airbnb" APP.  The apartment was renovated from the garage. It has the beautiful brick wall with old bricks. The combination of bright chairs and wallpapers makes the picture attractive. The midcentury table underlines the historic feeling of the place. The bar table was made from the butcher block, and is based on one black metal pipe. Metal bar stools are working together with visible construction elements. 

APARTMENT FOR THE USE AS A MODEL IN "THE GARDEN GATE PATIO HOMES" COMPLEX IN  OKLAHOMA CITY

The project is a three bedroom, three bath apartment located in the apartment complex "The Garden Gate" in Oklahoma City. The goal of this project was to create the working model to attract visitors and incentivize them to rent an apartment in the complex. Besides that, it was necessary to make it possible to move furniture around the complex and use it in another condo, in case if the model would be changed in future.
